#244: Phone Customer Service
I find it inconsiderate of companies when you call their customer service number with automated prompts and one of the prompts says to press some number to speak to a representative, but when you do, it says they aren't there, try back this other time. They should not tease you with the prospect of speaking with a real person when it's outside their business hours. Severity: 2

The phone system at the main office of my apartment complex asks you to wait for the next available operator, and roughly 5 seconds later, you are informed that all lines are busy, please call again later. It drives me nuts because I'd rather be on hold and wait, instead of dialing over and over until I get someone. By the way, I've lived here for over a year and called the office countless times and have never gotten through. The phone system is a fraud.
