#270: Ridiculous Presidential Pardons

I can't stand how some presidents can have the audacity to grant pardons for no good reason to people, usually their friends. It's morally reprehensible and I don't feel there's enough outrage at the practice by the public. I think for every pardon they grant, they need to provide a written justification as to why this person is getting this benefit. Severity: 4
